I'm gonna make you all a bet. If I win, I'm going to start using this blog again.
There will be a severe storm that hits Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on the time and date shown above.
It will be similar in size and strength, if not stronger than the storm that devastated parts of Delaware county and the surrounding areas on June 23rd of last year. If this storm does not occur, I will not be using this page again. It's a strange thing to bet on. But I have my reasons. If I'm right I'll tell you those reasons. If I'm wrong then those reasons don't exist. See you then.
